Dana Cox

Dana is a certified and registered Vinyasa Instructor with Yoga Alliance.  Trained under the direction of David Venetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston Yoga she is inspired to teach classes that are designed to strengthen through stretching with a focus on body alignment.

Vibrant and full of life Dana finds great joy and balance through practicing yoga.  It was in 2011 after moving to Cape Cod for work at a luxury resort that she found yoga alleviated stress and physical demands on the body.  Practicing regularly with Jill Abraham at her Harwich studio she found a passion for yoga.  Beyond connecting with the body and soul yoga has created a space for community that has allowed her to thrive beautifully.  Staying present with breath you will move through a sequence of postures that are powerful, fun and energizing.  Uplifting music will be offered to inspire you throughout your practice ending with tranquil sounds soothing you into stillness and restoration.  Classes are designed for all levels as Dana believes that yoga should be approachable for every “body”, modifications will be offered as needed to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience for all.
