Gwynne Leavitt

Gwynne first started practicing yoga during her college years when she found refuge in the calming environment and supportive community of the yoga studio. She knew right away that she wanted to become a yoga teacher so that she could create the same healing and safe space for others that she experienced when she practiced yoga. Gwynne’s practice focuses on building tapas, or heat, through a fiery vinyasa flow so that the busy mind can come to stillness as it focuses solely on uniting postures with breath. Expect to leave Gwynne’s classes feeling energized and attuned to your present emotions and physical sensations. Gwynne is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hr. instructor and completed her training at Power Yoga of Cape Cod in 2019. She continues to study all aspects of yoga with particular interest in the subtle, energetic body and Reiki healing.
