Kristen Macdonald

Kristen first discovered yoga in 2001 while pregnant with her third child. Soon after her first class, she discovered the mental and spiritual benefits the practice had to offer. Today, she loves the physical challenge but what keeps her coming back to her mat is yoga's ability to melt stress away. Yoga keeps her balanced, present and thankful in a sometimes chaotic world. Kristen registered and graduated from the PYCC 200 Hour Teacher Training program with the desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. She strives to create a class where students feel comfortable to explore both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Students leave her class with a sense of physical satisfaction and mental renewal.
