Molly Pelletier

​Molly Pelletier has been passionately working to incorporate the healing power of yoga into her community. Since acquiring her 200 hour training with Power Yoga of Cape Cod, Molly has been teaching Vinyasa based classes with an emphasis on full yogic breathing and powerful asanas, to create a greater sense of balance. 

In Fall 2016, Molly spent two months studying yoga and meditation in the jungle of Bali, Indonesia. Diving deep into her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, she studied the physiology and neursocience behind the ancient practices of yoga. Here, she deepened her passions for meditation and healing movement. In addition to her 500 hour teacher training, Molly has also received extensive training in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and Yoga for Cancer Patients. Molly's classes provide an approachable and refreshing yoga experience. Her teaching style embodies her personality: playful and compassionate, creating a sense of connection. Molly’s Vinyasa and Hatha based classes challenge the body, clearing space for meditation.
