Molly Pelletier

Since acquiring her first 200 hour training with Power Yoga of Cape Cod, Molly has been teaching Power Vinyasa classes. Molly’s classes emphasize full yogic breathing and empowering asanas, to promote a greater sense of balance within the body.

In the Fall of 2016, Molly spent two months studying vinyasa yoga in Bali, Indonesia. During her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, she studied the physiology and neuroscience behind the ancient practices of yoga. Additionally, through her 500 hour training she deepened her passions for exercise science and healing movement. Molly has also received extensive training in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and Yoga for Cancer Patients. Molly has taught at studios across the globe. Currently however, she enjoys teaching adaptive yoga for children and young adults at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well Meditation and Intention Setting workshops at Power Yoga of Cape Cod Dennisport. Molly's classes provide an approachable and refreshing yoga experience for yogis of all ages and skill levels. Her teaching style mirrors her personality: joyfully playful yet relentlessly empowered. Molly’s Power Vinyasa based classes challenge the physical body, while incorporating yogic principles to improve mental clarity and focus.
