Nicole Chamberlain

​Nicole has a passion for supporting people to create strength, balance and space in their bodies as well as their minds. 

A passion for exercise brought her to the yoga studio. After her first class she was hooked because of its physical and mental benefits.  She is now convinced it is a necessity for optimal health.  Nicole received her Bachelor's in Exercise Science and is a 500 Hour RYT through the Yoga Alliance.  Her friendly energy will welcome you into class and will inspire you to keep coming onto your mat.  Her teaching style has been described as fun and uplifting.
