In this series, we will continue right where we left off from Intro 1! We will introduce you to some more common poses you will find in an All Levels Vinyasa Class in a way that you will be able to explore at your own pace. This is a fantastic course for everyone to get stronger and more flexible, and refine what they have already established in their yoga practice! Everyone is welcome! TT and the Baptiste Level 1 and 2 Programs and has been leading our Intro Series for over 2 years now! She is an incredible teachers that will take you through the Journey Into Power sequence step by step, in a safe, fun, and knowledgable way!  You will learn the foundations of the Baptiste Journey Into Power Sequence, as well as the Practices and Techniques of Baptiste Yoga: Asana (physical postures), Meditation, and Inquiry! The Yogi’s Guide - A 5 Week Course of Personal Growth and Discovery

​Join Jill, Talia and Stephanie for a 5 week exploration into the deeper content and teachings of Yoga, covering topics such as Nutrition, Ayurveda, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Chakras, and Svadhyaya (self-study).  In the mornings, we will meet for asana practice, meditation, and a lecture on the topic of the week, then come back together for an inspirational movie to close the day. You will gain a deeper understanding not only of the philosophies of yoga, but of your practice both physically and spiritually, on and off the mat.
