They are both incredible teachers that will take you through the Journey Into Power sequence step by step, in a safe, fun, and knowledgable way!  You will learn the foundations of the Baptiste Journey Into Power Sequence, as well as the Practices and Techniques of Baptiste Yoga: Asana (physical postures), Meditation, and Inquiry! You will discover your personal power and inherent strength, and a whole new world of possibilities for your health and well being.  $108 for 8 Sessions. Chakra Studies Volume 4: Slow Flow + Restore

Have you heard the word chakra but you’re not really sure what is means? Or have you learned about chakras in your yoga classes and want to learn more? The study of the chakra system is really about delving deeper. Recognizing and acknowledging that our life experiences impact who we are today and how we hold ease and dis-ease in our bodies. Knowing ourselves on a deeper level than just physical helps us understand what is preventing us from living a whole, integrated, healthy, fulfilling life. And this knowledge is power. Getting to know ourselves on a deeper level and understanding where blockages and resistances are held can help us move forward, have the necessary conversations, heal relationships that call for healing. One chakra at a time, each of the sessions will be a little different, incorporating discussion, journaling, meditation, different styles of yoga, pranayama (breath work), music + mantra, and even essential oils. It will be an unfolding, each session building upon the last. Through this series, we will connect more deeply to what is holding us back from peace in our lives. We are energetic beings and our past experiences impact who we are and how we experience today. Through a deeper connection to ourselves, we can more easily see what's holding us back, what is blocking our path, and how to use that new-found knowledge to heal. Expect lots of valuable information and practices connecting us to how our energy body contributes to our overall health, well-being, and happiness.

These sessions are intended for everyone, those new to yoga and/or meditation, experienced practitioners, and even yoga teachers. Join for just one or two or all seven!

Loving-Kindness Meditation

Do you ever feel there isn’t enough love in our lives? It often seems that our relationships feel one-sided, or we refrain from loving (or feeling loved) because we don’t “deserve” it. There is a quote by Sharon Salzberg that speaks to this: “Love is a capacity within, an experience that you can create, rather than something you have to wait to be given”. In our present day, we can attest to this feeling, this vibration, the loss of compassion. We are impacted. We are trying to figure out a solution. We want to share the love. Join Tiffany as we go through the layers of the loving-kindness meditation and explore loving-kindness for ourselves, for others, and those extended in our community; our world connections. We will journal, be guided in meditation, engage in conversation, and close with a compassionate restorative yoga flow.  This workshop is appropriate for all levels.  This workshop will be held virtually via ZOOM.     Movement and Mindful Workshop

    Dr. Damon Silas has been a psychologist for over 15 years, working with a wide range of populations and issues including but not limited to juvenile delinquents and at-risk youth; children and adolescents on the autistic spectrum; and the Active Duty military population.  Anxiety and trauma (including PTSD) are his specialty areas, as well as grief and loss.

    Manny Marrero is an Occupational Therapist at the Centers for Behavioral Health at Cape Cod Hospital. Manny also teaches mindfulness meditation and restorative yoga at various studios across Cape Cod including B Free Wellness and Coaching, Nové Yoga, and Evoke Yoga.

    Open Your Heart At-Home Retreat

    ​Join Jill for this 5 Day "At-Home" Retreat to learn about the spiritual leader, teacher, and pioneer Ram Dass, and the most defining spiritual teachings of his lifetime. Jill will share stories from her personal experiences with Ram Dass, as well as audio clips from his lectures recorded over the years. Each morning from 8:15-9:15, join in for meditation, yoga, and a spiritual teaching, and start each day with a sense of love, trust, and faith; moving, breathing and being from your heart the whole day through. Each evening, come back to enjoy a session of chanting (listening to Krishna Das) and guided meditation.
