The world in which we live is moving faster than ever. And the faster it moves, the more it demands of us. Constant stress wears us down, and “fight or flight” becomes the running theme of our lives. Across 3 months and 6 sessions, Sarah and Leigh will teach you practical tools to counter states of overwhelm, anxiety, or panic on the spot. By practicing them, you will learn to engage the parasympathetic system—the “rest and digest” muscles—which help you cope and find peace through trying situations. Expect engaging discussions in a supportive space, kundalini yoga, meditation, restorative yoga, sound healing, and strategies and practices to take with you. Create foundational practices, establish a consistent daily meditation practice, and learn practical tools that will be truly life-changing. An 8 session course designed to teach the basics for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We will break down the poses for deeper understanding and proper alignment; which will bring ease to your yoga practice and flow; one step at a time. This popular class meets 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks. Each class will build on to the previous one; to build stamina, knowledge and precision in poses. Susannah and Stephanie are two amazing teachers who will guide you through the Baptiste sequence with detailed instruction, modifications and variations, light heartedness and fun!! $108 for 8 Sessions! Join internationally celebrated Power Vinyasa Teacher Bryan Kest for this intimate weekend at PYCC for four exciting and original yoga workshops designed to illuminate your practice, free your body, and make you laugh. Bryan’s real world approach to yoga is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Friday 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Discussion and Class: This opening session will be part lecture and part physical practice -Bryan explains the objective of Power Yoga and the principles he's learned teaching over 30 years. It'll set the foundation for the entire weekend.
Saturday: 10:30 - 12:30 PM: Yoga Class. This is chance to put into play all the principles discussed the night before, as we participate in a complete, incredibly well-rounded asana practice.
Saturday: 4:00 - 6:30 PM: Yoga Class. This will be the famous "Long Slow & Deep (LSD)" class - a Yin Yoga series and perfect compliment to the morning class!
Sunday: 9:30 - 12:00PM: Yoga Class. This class will tie everything in from the weekend into one last amazing asana/meditation practice. Be prepared for a few creative sequences and surprises!

In this series, we will continue right where we left off from Intro 1! We will introduce you to some more common poses you will find in an All Levels Vinyasa Class in a way that you will be able to explore at your own pace! This is a fantastic course for everyone to get stronger and more flexible, and refine what they have already established in their yoga practice! Everyone is welcome! $108 for 8 Sessions.
