Rock & Roll: A Ball Rolling Workshop

​Learn how to relieve chronic pain, release tension, reduce stress and improve posture, athletic performance and overall health and wellness through self-care massage techniques. Every structure in your body is covered in a layer of fascia, from your muscles to your blood vessels. The condition of the fascial layer is important to your overall health. Myofascial adhesions can lead to pain, discomfort and decreased flexibility. Body rolling is a technique where you break up adhesions in your fascia by “rolling” your body on a ball to create muscle compression, similar to the effect of a deep tissue massage.

In this class, you will learn easy and effective ball rolling techniques to massage deeply into the muscle tissues to break up knots and improve mobility. Susannah will guide you thru techniques of self-myofascial release to help alleviate tension in the muscles and fascia with Yoga TuneUpFitness® therapy balls to target key trigger points throughout the entire body. We will begin with a short gentle yoga practice to warm up the body, followed by strategic placement of the therapy balls for sustained compression. Your Life Designed: A Workshop of Feng Shui and Vision Boards

​Join Jill for a workshop of fun, creativity and manifestation! In this workshop, we will use the principles of Feng Shui to create a vision board of our dreams!  Vision boards are an amazing tool for imagining and creating your life through images and words.  We will spend some time setting up the layout of the Vision Board by learning the basics of Feng Shui and how Feng Shui can be useful in being intentional and clear about each area of your life (ie relationships, career, creativity, travel etc. ).  The process will also help plant your goals and intentions in your super conscious mind and send them out to the universe for the purpose of co-creation.  Once the vision board is created, seeing the board and getting present everyday to that which you would like to manifest will accelerate the process of the visions of what you want to be, do and have manifesting in your life.  All supplies will be included!  All you need to do is show up! $45 in advance.

Weekend Immersion

​Join internationally celebrated Power Vinyasa Teacher Bryan Kest for this intimate weekend at PYCC for four exciting and original yoga workshops designed to illuminate your practice, free your body, and make you laugh. Bryan’s real world approach to yoga is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. 

Friday 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Discussion and Class: This opening session will be part lecture and part physical practice -Bryan explains the objective of Power Yoga and the principles he's learned teaching over 30 years. It'll set the foundation for the entire weekend.

Saturday: 10:30 - 12:30 PM:  Yoga Class. This is chance to put into play all the principles discussed the night before, as we participate in a complete, incredibly well-rounded asana practice.

Saturday: 4:00 - 6:30 PM:  Yoga Class. This will be the famous "Long Slow & Deep (LSD)" class - a Yin Yoga series and perfect compliment to the morning class!

Sunday: 9:30 - 12:00PM: Yoga Class. This class will tie everything in from the weekend into one last amazing asana/meditation practice. Be prepared for a few creative sequences and surprises!
