Join Kasie and Ashley for a relaxing and heart opening workshop utilizing the sacred plant medicine of cacao. This circle will be a time to gather, meditate, reflect, and connect with each other and ourselves. The spirit of the cacao medicine is all about reminding us to connect with our heart and connect with our inner beauty, and recognize the inner beauty in others. It’s called the food of the gods for a reason.
After a guided meditation, we will serve cacao and everyone will have an opportunity to share what is on their hearts, if they feel called. There will be journaling prompts and time for reflection before closing the circle. We look forward to sharing this special medicine and precious time together. All are welcome.
