Join Jill for this powerful and transformational 21 Day Wellness Immersion to kick off the new year!!! For 21 days, you will incorporate Yoga, Meditation, and Plant Based Dietary Guidelines into your life to make true shifts in your health, energy, and natural vitality! In addition to practicing yoga and meditation daily, you will explore the possibilities and healing powers of a plant based diet (full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes), and discover the powerful benefits through your own direct experience. You'll receive guidance and support all along the way while you find your body's natural rhythm and balance, and experience a true lifestyle transformation with lasting results!
In Person Meetings: Fridays January 3rd, 10th, and 17th. 5:30-7:30pm.
21 Day Immersion Schedule:
Yoga:
Week One: 30 minutes: 6 days / week
Week Two: 45 minutes: 6 days/ week
Week Three: 60 minutes: 6 days/ week
Meditation:
Week one: 5 minutes x 2 / day
Week two: 10 minutes x 2 / day
Week three: 15 minutes x 2 / day

Wellness Immersion + Video On Demand: $225. Includes access to our Video On Demand Library of over 100 videos to use for your daily yoga practices.
The Wellness Works: $350. Includes access to our Video On Demand Library, plus an Unlimited Membership for In Studio Classes.
