Special Summer Solstice Celebration! Yoga for Happiness: Shine Your Bliss Light with Todd Norian

Happiness seems in short supply these days. All day long we are bombarded by catastrophic news media that’s enough to bring anyone down. What’s a yogi to do? You can make a difference by making yourself happier. When you feel happy, your frequency speeds up. Negative thinking, pessimism, doubt, unworthiness, and anxiety disappear. You literally raise the vibrational field around you. When you’re happy, everyone gets happier around you.

Join master yogi, founder, musician, and internationally acclaimed teacher, Todd Norian, on this Special Summer Solstice Celebration, as he guides you step-by-step into the life-affirming Tantric philosophy and practices that awaken your potential for unlimited joy.

The summer solstice (Latin “sol” for sun, and “sistere” for standing still) on around June 21st, is the highest point in the path of the sun. This opens a window of opportunity to shine your bliss light fully. When you align your body, mind, and heart with the cycles of the sun, you tap into the infinite wellspring of happiness within.

During these workshops, you will

-Expand your capacity for unreasonable happiness, happiness for no reason at all

-Explore the empowering and spiritually uplifting philosophy of Nondual Tantra

-Build inner strength, balance, and flexibility with alignment-based, therapeutic Ashaya Yoga

-Quiet the mind and cultivate inner peace through meditation, chanting, and relaxation

-Receive hands-on adjustments to improve your alignment and go deeper

-Enjoy Todd’s music and chanting of mantras and invocations throughout the workshops

Practice alongside a supportive community of other heart followers who are ready and eager to increase their happiness. By the end of the class(es), you’ll have a renewed sense of unlimited happiness and the enthusiasm to shine your light out into the world.

Ashaya Yoga is an accessible, therapeutic, and safe practice for all levels of beginners to advanced yogis. Modifications are given and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace.

Recommended reading: Todd Norian, Tantra Yoga: Journey to Unbreakable Wholeness, A Memoir; Ashaya Yoga: Align Your Body, Awaken Your Heart Manual; Introduction to Ashaya Yoga Therapy Manual. (Manuals available only at www.ashayayoga.com).

Somatic Breathwork and Sound Bath Journey with Jessica Sears and Dani Reardon

Savor the Full Moon and join Jessica Sears and Dani Reardon for a Somatic Breathwork and Sound Bath Journey as we awaken deeper into our remembrance and connection to self. In honor of the Full Flower Moon, we will create an altar of abundance and rebirth. Weaving through 6 pillars of releasing what no longer serves with Somatic Breath, & changing your molecular frequency vibration with a rejuvenating Sound Bath, you will come out of this experience feeling lighter and having gained new insights.

Journey Includes:

  • Intention Meditation

  • Breath Workshop,

  • 1 hour Somatic Breathwork Ceremony

  • 30 mins Nourishing Sound Bath

  • Journaling & Integration

What to Bring:

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

  • Pack cozy socks in case your feet get cold

  • Journal & writing utensil

  • Water bottle with cover

  • Yoga mat & 1-2 blankets

  • Lip Balm

  • Optional invitation to bring something for the Altar

Somatic Breathwork™ is a deep and powerful process. It involves rapid and prolonged breathing that is designed to activate intense emotional responses. It is an embodiment experience that takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body. Your nervous system is the electrical network of your being. Over time, unresolved trauma or chronic stress causes dis-regulation of this network. When you heal trauma and stress, you heal the electrical network of your nervous system. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional self so your authentic self can emerge.

Somatic Breathwork™ employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

Contraindications:

Somatic Breathwork™ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for persons with: cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, persons who are pregnant. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your physician(s). Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician(s). You will be required to fill out this Form prior to the journey.

More information on Somatic Breathwork can be found on Jessica’s website. If you still have questions, Jessica is happy to connect.

Sound Bath: Sound is a powerful and ancient tool that allows you to lay back and simply receive the changes happening at a cellular level. This is a time to receive messages, relaxation, vibration, connection, and maybe most importantly… receive yourself. After your somatic release and deep opening, enjoy a nourishing journey of sound that will help ground and integrate your breath experience to recalibrate your mind, body, and cells back to their harmonious and true nature.

Once opened and cleansed by the breath, you will peacefully drift into a deep state of relaxation, and be guided by the soothing and immersive sounds of Native American Flutes, Harmonium, Chimes, Bowls, and other primitive instruments. This is a journey of remembrance, connection, and coming home. Jessica and Dani combine their magic with the magic of the full flower moon to create a powerful, energetic, and somatic experience to call you back to the truth of your abundant heart.

$85 in advance. Please register early to reserve your place!

A Special Cacao Ceremony with Kasie and Ashley!

Join Ashley and Kasie for a relaxing and heart opening workshop utilizing the sacred plant medicine of cacao.

This circle will be a time to gather, meditate, reflect, and connect with each other and ourselves. The spirit of the cacao medicine is all about reminding us to connect with our heart and connect with our inner beauty, and recognize the inner beauty in others. It’s called the food of the gods for a reason.

After a guided meditation, we will serve cacao and everyone will have an opportunity to share what is on their hearts, if they feel called. There will be journaling prompts and time for reflection before closing the circle. We look forward to sharing this special medicine and precious time together. All are welcome.

Share the magic with a friend and you each receive 10% off the cost of the workshop! Please email us for more details!
