Nikki is all about healing, getting mindful and staying strong. She fell in love with yoga and meditation when she got sober 4 years ago. She took a YTT in 2021 to deepen her practice and decided to teach to spread some yoga love. She used yoga to help guide her through a cancer diagnosis and the chemo that followed. She currently manages a donut shop, teaches yoga part time, and is looking forward to adding more modalities like massage, nutrition and reiki to her repertoire. In her spare time, she’s always adventuring outside or exploring new venues to eat.

Nikki teaches a gentle vinyasa flow with a focus on breath, strengthening the body, and cultivating self love. You can practice with Nikki:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30am.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 4:00-5:15pm.
