200HR RYT,  Power, Vinyasa Yoga

Sophie completed her 200HR RYT through Power Yoga of Cape Cod in 2018. She started her practice in 2012 and fell in love immediately.

She developed back injuries as a teenager and came to yoga because of the physical benefits, but stayed because of the mental and spiritual health it provides. She is dedicated to help students discover their connection of body and mind, as well as to help others fall in love with yoga and mindfulness to better their lives.

Sophie teaches on Mondays from 6:00-7:15pm, and Sundays from 8:30-9:45am! Join her for a wonderful vinyasa flow!
